Debbie Cuddy received both her BSW and MSW from Rutgers University. Debbie has been practicing in the counseling field for over 25 years. Debbie is qualified to treat a variety of mental health issues, however, her level of expertise involves dealing with loss, grief and bereavement, phases of life changes, panic attacks, anxiety, stress, and depression.
Debbie has studied many different types of treatment modalities to bring healing to those in need. She provides her clients with an empathetic and supportive, integrated approach to meet individual needs. Some of these include cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), task-center, and problem-solving modalities.
Debbie’s goals are to empower her clients to develop healthy coping skills to enhance their growth and reduce stress. Debbie enjoys working with clients of diverse backgrounds.
