Frances has been practicing in the counseling field for over 7 years. She has significant experience in working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, sexual abuse, self acceptance, self-esteem, and addiction. Frances is an empathetic, compassionate, and reliable therapist who provides a confidential and safe atmosphere for clients to process and work through life challenges.

 

Frances’ therapeutic roles are to provide clients with support and help facilitate self-awareness. She helps by actively listening to her client's life challenges and provides support by educating and focusing on the importance of positive coping skills and stress reduction techniques.

 

Frances received her Masters in Social Work (MSW) degree from Rutgers University
